All costs and expenses related to the court or arbitral proceedings, such as up-front and continued fees of lawyers, experts, arbitrators, court fees, and related expenses are paid by Omni Bridgeway in return for a percentage of the recovery proceeds. Omni Bridgeway is only paid in the event of a positive outcome, so interests of both the claimant and Omni Bridgeway are fully aligned. In addition, case-relevant fact-finding and asset identification increase the chances of a positive outcome in the legal process and help secure the enforcement of the judgment or award.

What is litigation funding?

You have a valid claim, but financial restrictions or other considerations are withholding you from bringing it to court. Omni Bridgeway, as a third party funder, will assume the risks related to the legal procedure and will pay for lawyers’ and expert fees and court costs and other expenses. In return Omni Bridgeway will share in the recovery proceeds.
