Growth of dispute funding in Asia

Dispute finance in Asia came to prominence in 2017 when both Hong Kong and Singapore introduced legislation to allow funding of international arbitration. Today dispute finance is becoming more widely used for a variety of different claim types right across Asia and continues to grow as more companies see the benefits in using it as a commercial tool in their dispute resolution processes.
