Claire-Naïla Damamme

Claire-Naïla is an Investment Manager & Legal Counsel at Omni Bridgeway, where she plays a strategic role in the origination, evaluation, and management of investments involving complex international commercial and investor-State arbitration disputes, as well as enforcement proceedings before U.S. courts.

With nearly a decade of international legal experience, Claire-Naïla has represented sovereign States and multinational corporations in high-stakes disputes across the energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, and technology industries.

Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway, she served as an independent legal consultant, advising global clients on international matters and building upon her international arbitration experience gained at top global law firms, including Winston & Strawn LLP (Paris), White & Case LLP (Washington, D.C.), and WilmerHale (London), where she represented clients in complex international arbitration and litigation proceedings under the ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL, and LCIA rules. Her experience spans the full dispute lifecycle: from initial case assessment and securing third-party funding, to developing legal arguments, managing evidentiary records, and coordinating with damages experts and local counsel through hearings, award and recovery.

Claire-Naïla has also served at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL), where she gained advanced and valuable expertise in public international law.

Claire-Naïla holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, with a Certificate in International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution; a Master of Laws in International Economic Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas; an LL.M. in Public International Law from Queen Mary University of London; and both a Bachelor and Master of Laws from Université Catholique de Lille.

She is admitted to practice law in New York and is fluent in English and French.
