Joanna Dearmun

Joanna is Corporate Counsel based at Omni Bridgeway's Perth office.

Joanna is a corporate lawyer with a wide range of experience acting on both corporate and commercial matters, including initial public offers and ASX listings, secondary capital raisings, public and private mergers and acquisitions (including takeovers, schemes of arrangement, re-compliance listings and share/asset sale agreements) and corporate restructures.  She has advised on Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance, and also has experience in corporate governance matters.

Joanna was previously a corporate lawyer for a large Perth law firm, before joining the corporate team of a national top-tier firm. Joanna was also a senior associate at a boutique corporate law firm in Perth for over 5 years before joining the Omni Bridgeway team as Legal Counsel.

Joanna holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hertfordshire (United Kingdom) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Western Australia.
