Nathan Krapivensky

Nathan Krapivensky is responsible for deal origination across Israel and other select international markets, sourcing and assessing investment opportunities and engaging institutional and private investor capital, drawing on extensive cross-border transactional and capital markets experience.

Nathan is a corporate lawyer with an international career spanning the Middle East, London and Australia. Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway, he played a central role in establishing and scaling the Israel practices of two global law firms. At Clifford Chance, he founded and led the firm’s Israel practice, designing the business model and acting as the primary originator for all Israel-related work across the firm’s transactional and disputes practices and was also seconded to Rothschild & Co, where he gained investment banking experience. He later established Taylor Wessing’s Tel Aviv office, building it into a successful platform and significantly expanding the firm’s regional litigation and international arbitration capabilities. Across both roles, Nathan originated and managed a substantial volume of complex, cross-border mandates for leading Israeli and international clients.

Earlier in his career, Nathan advised on sophisticated capital markets, private equity and M&A transactions at firms including Cadwalader and MinterEllison. He also served as an advisor to Israel’s Ambassador to the United Nations in New York, working on geopolitical, regulatory and economic matters and developing senior international stakeholder relationships. He is regularly called upon as a commentator on international legal and geopolitical issues on i24NEWS.

Nathan holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). He is admitted to practice in Australia and is fluent in English, Hebrew and Russian.
