Ryan J. Singer

Ryan Singer is an Associate Investment Manager and Legal Counsel based in New York, where he conducts due diligence on prospective funding opportunities and monitors ongoing investments, particularly in patent and other intellectual property-related matters.

Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway’s New York office, Ryan practiced law at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where he litigated disputes involving patent, trademark, contract, and unfair competition law. His practice included representing clients before the USPTO in inter partes review proceedings, counseling clients on issues related to obtaining patent and trademark protection, and advising clients on issues related to various types of commercial agreements including licensing, SaaS, and data processing agreements. Ryan began his career as an engineer in the medical technology space, gaining extensive experience which he has leveraged throughout his legal career to advise clients on both a technical and strategic level.

Ryan received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as Associate Editor of the Journal of International Law, as well as a Board Member and Senior Editor of the Law & Innovation Journal. He also received a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He received his B.E. in biomedical engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Ryan is admitted to practice law in New York State.
