Ken Epstein speaks with The Wall Street Journal on the use of legal finance in insolvency matters

The Wall Street Journal recently spoke with Omni Bridgeway investment manager and legal counsel Ken Epstein on the increasing use of legal finance in insolvency matters, as an important tool to pursue claims against well-funded defendants. Ken notes “We’re seeing a recognition of litigation assets as another source of value for companies and their unsecured creditors in a more robust way than we have in the past.”
