Aaron Leiderman

Aaron Leiderman is an Associate Investment Manager and Legal Counsel in Omni Bridgeway's San Francisco office, where he conducts due diligence on potential investments and provides legal advice to Omni Bridgeway on matters of US law.
Immediately prior to joining Omni Bridgeway, Aaron worked as a staff attorney on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also practiced as a litigator at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, where he focused on class actions and complex constitutional, privacy, and regulatory matters for Fortune 100 and leading technology companies.
Following law school, Aaron clerked for then-Chief Judge Dennis Jacobs on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Barbara S. Jones on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Aaron received his J.D. with honors from Columbia Law School, and his B.A. from Brown University. During law school, Aaron served as Executive Notes Editor of the Columbia Law Review, was awarded the Wilfred Feinberg Prize for excellence in federal courts, and externed for then-Judge Sonia Sotomayor on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
