Christopher Kahwaji

Christopher is an Investment Manager, based in Omni Bridgeway’s Sydney office, and is responsible for due diligence and managing funded cases.
Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway in 2021, Christopher was an Investment Manager at an Australian litigation funder where he managed funded claims covering insolvency, commercial disputes, and class actions. Christopher was also previously a Senior Associate in the commercial disputes team at leading international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills specialising in class action proceedings, contentious regulatory work, and large-scale commercial disputes.
Christopher has extensive experience in managing complex litigation and has acted in commercial disputes in the Supreme Court and Federal Court of Australia. He has advised clients across a variety of industry sectors including financial services, energy & resources, property development and health care.
Christopher holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, Sydney.
