Giacomo Serra Zanetti

Giacomo Serra Zanetti is responsible for the sourcing and funding of investments in EMEA with an emphasis on the Italian market.
Based in Milan, Giacomo brings nearly 20 years of leading law firm experience (including, most recently, as an Equity Partner at top tier Italian law firm Advant - NCTM), where he structured and executed cross-border deals in the financing and restructuring space, as well as in the context of the acquisition of litigious and distressed claims. He also gained experience as an investor in the special situations and insolvency area.
Giacomo is a solicitor of the courts of England and Wales and admitted to the Italian bar. He holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD France & Singapore and graduated from the University of Bologna earning his law degree, maxima cum laude.
He is fluent in Italian, English, and speaks basic French.
