Jamie Beadsworth

Jamie Beadsworth is Corporate Counsel based in the Perth office of Omni Bridgeway.

Jamie has a background in large-scale commercial litigation and arbitration, with particular experience in disputes in the financial services industry, insurance and reinsurance and contentious insolvency matters. Admitted to practise in Western Australia in 2010, he worked in insolvency and commercial litigation in a national law firm before relocating to London in 2012.

 

In London, Jamie worked as an Associate in general commercial litigation at an international firm. He acted in the defence and the prosecution of a broad range of commercial disputes related to commodities trading, employment, professional negligence, insurance/reinsurance and the mis-selling of financial products. In this role he gained experience in a range of jurisdictions, including the High Court of London, High Court of Nigeria and both the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration (ICC). After transferring back to Perth, Jamie joined Omni Bridgeway in July 2018
