Mark Wells

Mark Wells is our Global Chief Investment Officer based in London from where he oversees the assessment of new funding opportunities and our existing commitments to funded matters.

Mark brings extensive experience in litigation finance having co-founded Calunius Capital in 2006 before joining Omni Bridgeway in 2022. Prior to litigation finance Mark spent nearly two decades in derivatives trading and structuring at major banking institutions including JPMorgan/Chase and Toronto Dominion, meaning his entire career has been concerned with valuing and investing in contingent risk assets.

Mark has a degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.
