Michael Green

Michael Green has over 20 years experience in the global investment industry, including being International CEO for both Morgan Stanley Investment Management and for American Century Investments. For both of these firms, Michael was a member of the respective Executive Management Committees and was a board member for a number of local entities and global fund structures.
Michael has worked in a non-executive function at Lloyd’s of London since 2007, initially overseeing their investment reserves and currently as Chair, Independent Trustee and head of the Investment Committee for the Lloyd’s of London Pension Scheme. In 2020, Michael became a co-opted non-executive member of the Investment Oversight Committee for the London CIV, the local government pension fund asset pooling company.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts (honours) Economics, from the University of Exeter (UK).
Mr Green is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee.
