Mitch joined Omni Bridgeway in November 2022 as an Investment Manager in the Singapore office. He works with other offices internationally to originate, assess and manage funded cases throughout Asia.
Mitch was formerly a Senior Associate in Herbert Smith Freehills’ international arbitration team in Singapore. He has been based in Asia for most of his career and has handled disputes in or concerning most Asian jurisdictions.
Mitch brings to Omni Bridgeway particular experience of construction and infrastructure disputes; he has acted for owners and contractors on some of the most significant project disputes in the region. Mitch has also acted for a number of energy and mining sector clients in relation to various trading, product quality and pricing disputes.
Mitch holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology. He currently serves as a member of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) Singapore Committee.
