Nathan Weger

Nathan Weger is the US Compliance Officer for Omni Bridgeway and is based in the company’s New York office.

Nathan is responsible for compliance and risk activities in support of both the US and global risk and compliance program at Omni Bridgeway. He also engages with key stakeholders and manages compliance efforts for Omni Bridgeway Management (USA) LLC, an investment adviser registered with the SEC.

Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway, Nathan served in compliance and ethics roles in the financial services industry. He executed a FINRA mandated heightened supervision program, provided risk mitigation guidance, performed investigative deep dives, and completed an SEC audit. He has worked on a host of compliance matters throughout his career and played an integral role in the development of client reporting standards at his prior organization.

Nathan received his B.S. in Mathematics from Oklahoma Christian University and passed the Security Industries Essentials exam.
