Sarah Glover is Director of Business Development – EMEA at Omni Bridgeway, based in the company's Dubai DIFC office.

Sarah oversees business development, marketing, communications, and strategic planning across the Middle East and broader EMEA region. She drives growth initiatives and fosters strong relationships with leading law firms, corporates, and key stakeholders. Her role is central to shaping Omni Bridgeway’s regional strategy, aligning market positioning with client needs, and delivering integrated campaigns that support expansion in priority jurisdictions.

Before joining Omni Bridgeway in 2019, Sarah served as Business Development Executive (EMEA) at global consulting firm BRG. Earlier in her career, she managed UK marketing and business development activities for a prominent legal finance firm.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph.
