Sarah Jacobson

Sarah Jacobson is an Investment Manager and Legal Counsel in Omni Bridgeway's New York office, where she conducts due diligence on potential investments and provides legal advice to Omni Bridgeway on matters of US law.
Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway, Sarah was a litigator at Haynes & Boone LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. Sarah's practice focused on complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract, intellectual property, consumer class actions, trade secrets, employment disputes, and insider trading and fraud matters. She has represented clients in the media and entertainment, healthcare, and real estate industries, among others. Sarah has litigated in both federal and state court on behalf of both plaintiffs, for whom she has secured injunctive relief or substantial monetary damages, and defendants, for whom she has achieved successful business outcomes and trial court victories. She was selected for inclusion in the Thomson Reuters New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars, 2013-2017.
Sarah received her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School, and her B.A. from Cornell University. She also is an adjunct professor of law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York.
