You will work as an Assistant Investment Manager and be responsible for assisting with the due diligence on potential funding opportunities and investigation tasks, and draft report preparation. Your role will also involve providing ongoing investigative services and assistant matter management services as required on Omni Bridgeway funded matters, as required.
Review and assessment of legal claims and non-performing loans by conducting and coordinating the analysis of financial, economic, and legal intelligence (incl. through legal discovery) in order to advise on payment capacity of, and recoverability from, the defendants / obligors / guarantors. Typical cases that are assessed involve portfolios of non-performing corporate loans, which are often supported by personal guarantees of high-net-worth individuals.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and legally qualified investment manager / senior legal counsel who can contribute to the Middle East team and drive our growth within this growing market.
To leverage the candidate’s network of C-suite professionals in order to generate new opportunities for
Omni Bridgeway US to provide commercial litigation and arbitration finance to companies engaging in
litigation and arbitration within the US.
This is a newly created role which supports the decision making of our US investment
management team, enforcement team and distressed debt team. The Investment Analyst
is responsible for providing financial analysis of USA investments, enforcement
opportunities and distressed debt, assisting in the structuring of deals, providing ad-hoc
analysis and modelling, partnering with business stakeholders and providing information
and analysis where required. In addition, the Investment Analyst will assist the Finance
team with analysis, budgeting and forecasting, reporting and ad-hoc tasks as required.
This position assumes responsibility for the transactional accounting of the US business, including daily processing of bills, the preparation of payments, reconciliation of bank accounts. This position also provides support to the finance team and the US staff.

This position reports to the US Chief Investment Officer.
Responsible to support the Client Liaison Team function to project manage key steps in Omni Bridgeways multiparty matters by working with the Lawyers, IM’s and IT dev team, to support clients for a successful bookbuild, ensure claims are accurate
and class action steps are carried out by deadlines.
