Omni Bridgeway is seeking a Singapore based, legally qualified (associate) investment manager with extensive experience in international arbitration and litigation to increase the capability of its Asia and global investment team.
As Director, Marketing and Business Development (Americas) you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and BD strategies and support for the U.S., Canadian and LatAm teams of professionals across seven locations.
Reporting to the Global Chief Marketing Officer (GCMO), and working closely with the US Chief Investment Officers, you will spearhead plans to generate new client relationships, expand existing relationships, and elevate the company’s market profile.

Omni Bridgeway is seeking a German legally qualified investment manager with extensive experience in IP and patent law disputes to increase the capability of its EMEA and global investment team.
Omni Bridgeway has an established team of patent law investment managers in the US and a significant portfolio of funded matters. There is an increasing demand for litigation funding in EMEA in relation to IP and patent law disputes with connections to
the US and Asia. This position will work in close collaboration with the US IP and patent law group and report to the EMEA Chief Investment Officer and management team.
We are looking to fill an IT Support Engineer role providing internally facing support to our growing global user base. The scope of support will cover EMEA and the North America regions. This position is incredibly varied and will provide opportunities to be involved with all facets of IT including providing desktop & server support, hardware/virtualization, IT Hardware and Software procurement. Ideally the successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to help resolve support issues in an efficient, prompt manner exhibiting good customer care during the process and be willing to learn & grow their experience. The position is based in Schiphol.

As an Investment Manager and Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for: marketing and business development activities to attract new funding opportunities, conducting due diligence on funding opportunities, providing advice and recommendations about
funding matters, providing ongoing monitoring of funded matters, and helping to execute the company’s strategic goals and business growth.
This position will work in close collaboration with the Head of Omni Bridgeway’s Latin America Group and ultimately reports to the US Chief Investment Officers.
Driving the expansion of Omni Bridgeway’s enforcement funding and management practice into North America, including:
- Sourcing, conducting diligence and managing enforcement related litigation funding investments in North America.
- Coordinating with the global enforcement team on the execution of the enforcement strategies outside North America for North American sourced enforcement investments.
- Supporting the execution of the enforcement strategies in North America for global enforcement investments.
Review and assessment of legal claims and non-performing loans by conducting and coordinating the analysis of financial, economic, and legal intelligence (incl. through legal discovery) in order to advise on payment capacity of, and recoverability from, the defendants / obligors / guarantors. Typical cases that are assessed involve portfolios of non-performing corporate loans, which are often supported by personal guarantees of high-net-worth individuals.
