Enrique Molina is an Investment Manager and Legal Counsel in Omni Bridgeway’s Miami office, where he engages in all facets of the litigation funding lifecycle for international commercial and investor-State disputes as well as for enforcement actions before U.S. courts.

Enrique has particular expertise with international arbitration matters involving Latin American parties. His responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating potential investments, negotiating deal terms and structures, and monitoring funded matters through to resolution.

Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway, Enrique practiced as an international arbitration attorney at King & Spalding LLP and Hogan Lovells US LLP, where he gained experience in investment treaty and international commercial arbitrations under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, SCC, LCIA, ICDR and AAA Rules as well as in arbitration-related litigations before U.S. courts. His experience covers a range of industries, including mining, LNG (liquefied natural gas), renewable energy, telecommunications, banking and finance, air transportation, pulp and paper, and hospitality, among others.

Enrique obtained his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Stanford Journal of International Law and a member of the Stanford Rule of Law Program’s Iraq Legal Education Initiative. He received his B.A. with a double major in Economics and Near Eastern Languages & Cultures from Indiana University.

Enrique is a native speaker of Spanish and English and is proficient in Portuguese.
