Natalie identifies potential investments for funding and engages in due diligence of legal claims for intellectual property and complex commercial disputes.
Before joining Omni Bridgeway, Natalie was an associate at Holland & Knight, where she litigated commercial and intellectual property issues, specifically patent matters involving cutting edge technologies before federal district and appellate courts. She leverages that experience to help further our IP initiatives and expand our footprint both in Dallas and across the United States.
Natalie received her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she was a Hatton W. Sumners Foundation Scholar and Editor-in-Chief of the SMU Law Review. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable Catharina Haynes on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Natalie obtained her B.A. from the University of Richmond and studied abroad at the Universidad de Deusto in San Sebastián, Spain.
