Investment Manager

Nathan Landis is an Investment Manager based in Omni Bridgeway’s Perth office, responsible for due diligence and managing funded cases.

Nathan joined Omni Bridgeway from the Western Australia Bar where his practice focussed on dispute resolution in the resources sector. In 2015, he was recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a recommended Barrister for Dispute Resolution in Western Australia.  
 
Nathan was previously a counsel at Clifford Chance where he worked on large commercial disputes, international arbitration matters and cross-border litigation matters. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he has appeared in a range of courts and tribunals in Australia and the Middle East.
 
Having served in the Australian Defence Force for over 20 years, Nathan currently serves as a legal officer in the Army Reserve.  In his military career, he has appeared in military discipline proceedings and provided advice on a range of operational, administrative and military discipline matters.
 
Nathan holds Bachelor degrees in Law and Arts from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Military Law from the Australian National University.  He is also a Graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course and is recognised In Who’s Who Legal: Thought Leaders – Third Party Funding 2020 guide.
