Nickolas Tzoulas is an Associate Investment Manager and Legal Counsel in Omni Bridgeway’s Toronto office, where he assesses the merits of commercial disputes submitted for funding and advises Omni Bridgeway on whether its investment criteria are met.
Nickolas engages with litigants and their counsel at all stages of the investment by offering thoughtful analysis and strategic input. His guidance is founded on experience gained as a long-time litigator in the Toronto office of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. In that role, he appeared as counsel before various arbitration tribunals, administrative bodies, and courts, including three appearances before the Supreme Court of Canada. Coupled with his experience teaching contract remedies at Osgoode Hall Law School and working in-house at Royal Bank of Canada and Scotiabank, Nickolas is a valuable resource for litigants and lawyers alike.
Nickolas clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada for Justice Ian Binnie and Justice Michael Moldaver. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa, where he ranked 3rd in his class, and a B.A. from McGill University, where he was awarded the Scarlet Key.
