Alina Streckyte is responsible for the review and assessment of potential matters for litigation, arbitration, enforcement funding and claim monetization, and for management of pending investments.
Alina specializes in the management of enforcement of awards and judgments against corporates, individuals, and sovereign debtors.
Before joining Omni Bridgeway, Alina was a member of the dispute resolution team at a leading law firm in the Baltics representing clients in civil and administrative proceedings in Lithuanian courts. There, she focused on shareholder disputes, bankruptcy and restructuring related disputes, asset seizure and recovery, evidence discovery proceedings, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitration awards.
Alina holds a master’s degree in civil and commercial law and procedure from Vilnius University, Lithuania, and an L.L.M. in an international business and economic law from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.
Alina is a qualified attorney admitted to Lithuanian Bar. She is fluent in English and Lithuanian, speaks Russian and Dutch.
