Guillaume Leger

Guillaume Leger is Omni Bridgeway’s Global Chief Capital Markets and is based in the New York office. He is responsible for the company’s global fund raising efforts and strategic business development alongside our CEO. From 2022 to 2025, Guillaume was Omni Bridgeway’s CFO, during which time he led the company’s investor relations, capital raising efforts and oversaw all financial operations and reporting.

Before joining Omni Bridgeway, Guillaume was the Group Controller for Circle K – Alimentation Couche-Tard, Inc., a publicly traded Fortune 200 company. Guillaume previously served as CFO at Citigroup in Hong Kong, interacting with countless participants of the world’s capital markets, after holding a range of senior positions across Citigroup Inc.’s business in North America, Asia, New Zealand, Australia and Brazil. Guillaume’s early career included progressive roles within PwC and Deloitte.

Guillaume holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from HEC Montréal and obtained his Bachelor in Accounting Sciences from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).
