Adam Silverman

Adam Silverman is an Investment Manager based in Singapore. He is responsible for identifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and monitoring the conduct and completion of cases funded by Omni Bridgeway.
Adam’s third party funding experience covers arbitration, litigation and insolvency claims in Asia (including in Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Thailand and India) and beyond (including in the UK, Australia, USA and Canada). He has worked with individual clients, corporations and law firms on high-value and complex single-case investments, portfolio structures and claim monetisations (judgment / award acquisitions).
Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway, Adam was an Investment Director and then a Managing Director in Sydney for another global legal finance provider. He managed a multi-million dollar portfolio of litigation (including class actions) and arbitration matters. The funded claims covered a range of matters, including breach of contract, professional negligence, insolvent trading, securities fraud, consumer protection violations and copyright infringement.
Adam is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England & Wales. Before working in legal finance, he was a dispute resolution lawyer for ten years at leading international law firms in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the UK. This included six years in the Dispute Resolution team of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Hong Kong and a secondment to the Litigation and Regulatory Department at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. During this time, Adam advised major corporations and financial institutions on multi-jurisdictional commercial litigations and arbitrations across a range of industry sectors, including financial services, information technology, health, real estate, mining and shipping.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst. He was recognised in Who’s Who Legal: Thought Leaders – Third Party Funding 2023 and 2024 guide.
