Christopher Citro

Christopher Citro is an Investment Manager and Legal Counsel in Omni Bridgeway’s New York office, where he conducts due diligence on potential investments, particularly in patent and other intellectual property matters.
Based on his work and deep experience in the space, Chambers Litigation Support 2024 recognizes Chris as a leader in the field, ranking him in the Litigation Funding (Intellectual Property) category in the US. Additionally, Chris has been repeatedly quoted in trade publications like Managing IP, discussing litigation finance and the latest trends in intellectual property litigation.
Before joining Omni Bridgeway in 2021, Chris practiced law at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he litigated patent and trade secrets disputes involving biotechnology, biosimilar, medical device, and technology patent and contractual issues. His practice also included advising clients on product and settlement strategy, FDA regulatory submissions, and transactions involving pharmaceuticals.
Chris received his J.D. with Highest Honors from The George Washington University Law School, where he was the Executive Editor of The George Washington Law Review. He received his B.S. in Chemistry and B.A. in Political Science, with University Honors, from American University, where he was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society.
Chris is admitted to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia.
