Eric Moura drives business development initiatives for Latin America, sourcing and assessing investment opportunities on the ground across the region.
Eric is a Brazil/US dual-qualified attorney with a decade of experience in dispute resolution and claim assessment. Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway as a consultant, Eric served as Senior Counsel at a leading plaintiff-side class action firm, Berger Montague, where he handled antitrust and securities cases in numerous jurisdictions across the Americas and Europe. He previously served as a partner at the Chambers-ranked Brazilian firm, Leite, Tosto e Barros, where he managed complex litigation, novel antitrust disputes, and oversaw diligence and monitoring of Brazilian legal claims for institutional investor clients.
Eric received his LLM from Columbia Law School, where he had previously been a visiting scholar conducting research on antitrust, arbitration, and securities law issues. He obtained his Brazilian LLB and LLM from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and holds an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas.
Eric is licensed to practice law in California and Brazil. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish and is proficient in German.
