Ewen McNee

Ewen McNee is an Investment Manager based in Omni Bridgeway’s Sydney office, with responsibility for due diligence and management of funded cases.
With an economics and finance background, he joined Omni Bridgeway as an analyst in 2011 to do extensive due diligence for a potential action against a collapsed mortgage funder. He has since led due diligence for single party and multi-party actions which have generated tens of millions of dollars of recoveries for claimants.
Ewen led Omni Bridgeway’s investment in a claim against UGL (a diversified engineering company) in which investors are seeking damages for alleged disclosure contraventions by UGL. He successfully led Omni Bridgeway’s investment in an investor action against recruitment company Ashley Services Group Ltd, from case theory and book-build to settlement in December 2018.
Ewen holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney and a Master of Business Law from Sydney University Law School.
