Francesca Taddeo

Francesca Taddeo is an Associate Investment Manager & Legal Counsel in Omni Bridgeway’s Montreal office, where she assesses the viability of potential investments and engages in due diligence of legal claims.

Francesca brings a decade of litigation experience to her role. Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway, Francesca practiced as a litigator at the Montreal offices of Norton Rose Fulbright, Borden Ladner Gervais and Bennett Jones, where she advised and successfully represented corporate clients in complex litigation and class actions involving securities law, consumer protection, competition law, environmental, and product liability matters before the Québec Superior Court, Québec Court of Appeal, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Francesca also represented clients who were the object of regulatory investigations.

Francesca holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from McGill University, a MSc in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and obtained her Bachelor of Civil Law and Common Law (B.C.L./LL.B.) from McGill University. She is a member of the Québec Bar, is fluent in French and English, and also speaks Italian.
