Job van Ballegoijen de Jong is an investment manager based in the Amsterdam office of Omni Bridgeway where he is responsible for investment origination across the gamut of Omni Bridgeway’s investment in the EMEA region, most notably the enforcement of (sovereign) awards and judgments, international arbitration matters and our wider litigation funding efforts.

Before joining Omni Bridgeway, Job worked at the top-tier firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam, first as a senior associate, and then as their Head of International Relations. In his time as senior associate, Job handled several large and high-profile cross-border litigation, arbitration and enforcement matters across the globe. These matters were governed by common law and by civil law and ranged across several industries: energy (nuclear, oil and gas and renewables), construction, and financial services. As Head of International Relations, Job was responsible for De Brauw’s international strategy, international law firm relations and referrals.

 Job holds a joint master’s degree in international law from the University of Amsterdam and Columbia University in New York and was admitted to the Dutch Bar. He is fluent in English and Dutch and proficient in French and German.
