Mehdi Zehaichi is part of the team responsible for the implementation of MENA DARP (Distressed Asset Recovery Program) with a specific focus on Africa and Levant.
Mehdi has over 13 years of experience in strategic advisory and (re)-structuring of equity and debt transactions covering several sectors including, inter alia, banking, financial leasing, real estate, forestry, transportation and oil & gas.
Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway in 2018, Mehdi was Corporate Finance Manager at AXYS Group (UAE), a leading Mauritian financial institution, where he advised private and public companies on fund raising and debt (re)-structuring in the Middle-East & Africa region. Before joining AXYS Group, Mehdi was Manager Business Development & Strategy at Casablanca Finance Authority (Morocco) where he worked with C-level executives of regional and global multinational corporations in providing a range of advisory services for their African operations including sell-side and buy-side advisory, (re)-structuring advisory and strategic alternatives assessments.
Mehdi holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Orleans, France and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Orleans, France.
