Will is an Investment Manager and Legal Counsel based in Washington, D.C., where he focuses on the origination, due diligence, and management of investments involving intellectual property disputes.

Before joining Omni Bridgeway, Will was a Principal at Fish & Richardson P.C., where he litigated high-stakes patent disputes in U.S. District Courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission, handled appeals at U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, and managed inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. His practice spanned a broad spectrum of technologies and industries, ranging from his leadership of the firm’s medical device litigation practice to his involvement in several high-value cases in the semiconductor industry.

Will is a proud member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), where he recently served as the national co-director of one of the organization’s flagship programs, the Giles S. Rich Memorial Moot Court Competition, and as chair of the New Lawyers Committee. He is an angel investor through Triangle Angel Partners and has served on its Executive Committee. Will is also active in the International Trade Commission Trial Lawyers Association and the Giles S. Rich Inn of Court.

Will earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was a member of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. He earned his B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in both business administration and political science, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors and highest distinction. Will also studied public finance abroad at the London School of Economics.

Will is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Massachusetts.
