Portfolio funding of London and Singapore seated international arbitrations, media and entertainment

We are funding a portfolio of international arbitration proceedings in London and Singapore, arising out of contractual disputes between a media and entertainment company and two of its customers, which are large telecommunications companies. The funding package additionally provides working capital for the company to pursue its strategic objectives, including fundraising via an initial public offering, as well as freeing up important management resources and providing additional confidence in the claims for existing and potential investors. The value in dispute is approximately US$17 million.
