Litigation Finance Part of the Conversation at the ABA EMP Joint CLE Seminar

Engaging in mass torts litigation is a huge undertaking in and of itself and there are many issues to consider before litigating this type of matter.  To shed light on some things to take into consideration, the American Bar Association’s Environmental, Mass Torts & Products Liability Litigation Committee will host a panel presentation titled “The Business of Mass Torts Litigation” on January 22, 2016 at 11:15 a.m.

 Bentham IMF’s Investment Manager Allison Chock will participate on the panel, along with Michael Glackin (Assistant General Counsel of The Dow Chemical Company), Ramon Rossi Lopez (Managing Partner of Lopez McHugh LLP), and Amorina P.
