Bentham IMF is proud to be a sponsor of the Litigation Counsel of America’s (“LCA”) 2015 Spring Conference & Celebration of Fellows taking place on April 15-17, 2015 at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, California.    The LCA is an invitation-only honor society comprised of 3,500 of the country’s premier trial attorneys (less than one-half of one percent of the trial attorney bar). 

Bentham is also pleased to announce that during this conference, Investment Manager Jim Batson is going to be making a presentation about litigation funding in the context of intellectual property litigation alongside Renee Rothauge, a partner with the firm of Markowitz Herbold PC. 

This conference is designed to allow LCA Fellows to sharpen their existing trial skills while also discussing ways to deal with issues affecting today’s legal climate.  Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in various seminars discussing trial techniques, evidence presentation, courtroom technology, case evaluations, marketing, as well as negotiations and alternative dispute resolution. 

Bentham Investment Managers Allison Chock, James Batson, and David Gallagher will be present throughout the conference and will also help welcome the newest Fellows of the LCA at the black tie gala on Thursday April 16.  Bentham extends its warmest congratulations to the new LCA Fellows and looks forward to being of service to the LCA at this premier event.
