Omni Bridgeway Appoints Nathan Krapivensky as Investment Advisor
Omni Bridgeway is pleased to announce the engagement of Nathan Krapivensky as an Investment Advisor, strengthening its presence in Israel and select markets. Mr Krapivensky will focus on originating and developing investment opportunities and engaging both institutional and private investor capital. He will work closely with law firms, litigation boutiques, insolvency practitioners, corporates and financial institutions to expand Omni Bridgeway’s footprint in this strategically significant market.
Mr Krapivensky brings extensive cross-border experience in transactions, capital markets, and dispute resolution. Prior to working with Omni Bridgeway, he played a key role in establishing and scaling the Israel practices of Clifford Chance and Taylor Wessing, successfully originating and managing complex mandates for leading Israeli and international clients. He also gained investment banking experience during a secondment at Rothschild & Co and is regularly called upon as a commentator on international legal and geopolitical issues.
Earlier in his career, Mr Krapivensky advised on sophisticated capital markets, private equity, and M&A transactions at Cadwalader and MinterEllison, and served as an advisor to Israel’s Ambassador to the United Nations in New York, building senior international stakeholder relationships.
