Investment Manager and Legal Counsel

Gabe Bluestone is an Investment Manager and Legal Counsel at Omni Bridgeway, advancing the company’s US judgment enforcement initiatives.

Gabe is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and monitoring matters through to resolution. He serves as a resource for clients in devising, managing, and executing domestic and cross border enforcement strategies in multijurisdictional asset recovery proceedings. Gabe works with colleagues globally, including the enforcement team, researchers, and asset tracers.

Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway, Gabe was a Shareholder and litigator at Bluestone, P.C., a leading asset recovery law firm with offices in Washington, D.C. and New York, where he also maintained a robust business litigation practice. While in private practice, Gabe represented a global roster of clients in commercial disputes and in enforcing judgments, often seeking injunction-predicated relief, striking down fraudulent conveyances, and unraveling fraudulent corporate schemes. He employed creative, cutting-edge discovery and asset tracing methods to identify and monetize judgments globally. Gabe was previously an associate with a prestigious boutique litigation firm where he represented defrauded investors often in connection with parallel proceedings brought by the SEC and DOJ.

Gabe received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy, and received his B.A. in History from Connecticut College. After graduating from law school, Gabe served as a law clerk to the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary; Antitrust, Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Subcommittee, in Washington, D.C.
