Omni Bridgeway expands EMEA enforcement expertise with Dmytro Shemelin
Amsterdam, 7 June 2022 - Omni Bridgeway is pleased to announce Dmytro Shemelin has joined as an Investment Manager and Senior Legal Counsel. Based in Amsterdam, he will be responsible for originating, assessing, and managing funded cases with a focus on enforcement matters in EMEA.
Shemelin is a cross-border disputes lawyer bringing over 16 years of experience in international dispute resolution and enforcement expertise to the team. Prior to joining Omni Bridgeway, Shemelin was Counsel at leading Ukrainian law firm, Asters, where he specialised in major banking fraud matters—Including leading the largest cross-border litigation case originating in Ukraine: Privatbank v Kolomoisky and Bogoliubov. Earlier, he practiced law at Ilyashev & Partner and Grischenko & Partners.
