WASHINGTON DC, October 8 2024 -- Omni Bridgeway is pleased to announce the company’s continued focus on financing disputes in the intellectual property (IP) space with the appointment of Will Freeman as Investment Manager and Legal Counsel.

Based in Washington, DC, Will’s focus will be on origination, due diligence, and management of investments involving IP disputes.

Will brings over a decade of legal experience as a former Principal of Fish & Richardson P.C., a leading IP boutique, where he litigated high-stakes patent disputes in U.S. District Courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission, handled appeals at U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, and managed inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Will’s practice spanned a broad spectrum of technologies and industries, ranging from his leadership of the firm’s medical device litigation practice to his involvement in several high-value semiconductor litigations.
